1. Piezo UV high-resolution inkjet printing system: Specializing in flexible packaging and high-speed coding.
CYCJET has launched a high-end UV high-resolution inkjet printer for packaging, outer plastic film packaging, and traceability DM codes in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and daily chemicals. This system employs a customized printhead assembly solution with high precision and durability, supporting multi-printhead splicing for ultra-high print clarity. It also supports multi-color and full-color printing, perfectly reproducing brand image, and can seamlessly integrate a visual inspection (CCD) system for highly accurate online real-time deduplication, error correction, and quality control omission detection. The equipment is specifically designed for modern high-speed production lines and, in conjunction with CYCJET's independently developed high-performance UV inks, possesses excellent properties such as instantaneous rapid curing, high adhesion, and scratch resistance. The printing effect not only features sharp edges and high readability but also significantly enhances the texture of product packaging, making it more aesthetically pleasing and upscale.
2. Large format high-resolution inkjet printing system: a crucial industrial tool for large-size packaging.
Addressing the specific demands of the outer packaging industry—particularly regarding large-format surfaces such as cardboard boxes, wood panels, and galvanized sheets—CYCJET introduces a highly flexible, large-format coding solution.
